MMA at the World Congress of Neurosurgery

Head of the MMA Clinic for Neurosurgery Colonel Prof. Dr. Zoran Roganovic participated as lecturer on call at XV WFNS World Congress of Neurosurgery which took place in Seoul, Korea during September 8-12, 2013.
Professor Roganovic delivered the lecture carrying the title Result of Peripheral Nerve Surgery and introduced the attendees with current possibilities in this neurosurgical area as well as with the factors affecting the outcome of peripheral nerve operative procedure. Principal topics of the following discussion included surgical success in specific clinical situations as injuries of nerves, long nerve defects and neural intermissions treated surgically after the injury. Prof. Dr. Roganovic is also one of the eminent members of the Committee for Peripheral Nerve Surgery of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies with large experience and scientific papers presented in the field of peripheral nerve and brachial plexus surgery. Knowledge and skills of the MMA Clinic for Neurosurgery on the mentioned topic and thus, numerous papers published in world neurosurgical magazines resulted in committee election and invitation for lecture.
During the Congress, presenting one of the most important neurosurgical events, valuable contacts with WFNS neurosurgeons were accomplished and several invitations for future lectures were received.
